The design of ZEPPELIN watches is inspired by the era and spirit of the majestic airships invented and built by German entrepreneur and engineer Count Ferdinand von Zeppelin in the early 1900s. The largest Zeppelin airship ever built was the 245-meter-long Hindenburg, which featured luxurious sleeping quarters, a dining room, a lounge, and an observation deck—combining aviation and luxury for the first time.

The ZEPPELIN watch brand belongs to the family-run watch specialist POINTtec, based in Munich. This is where ZEPPELIN watches are developed before being assembled by highly qualified personnel in the company’s own Bauhaus-style building in Ruhla, Thuringia. POINTtec is one of the largest watch manufacturers in Germany and uses only first-class, reliable suppliers who also provide components to well-known luxury watch brands. The range of ZEPPELIN models extends from quartz watches all the way up to mechanical chronographs and other high-end timepieces.
